Spaghetti Sauce of the Ages, well one age...

It's time that I live up to my title as Le Ossum Chef, so here's a recipe that's pretty simple, quick and delicious. Don't worry I've made it a handful of times and I have always received some really good reviews. Here we go:

12-16oz polish or italian sausage (sliced)
3 14.5oz cans of diced tomatoes
3 green onions (chopped)
1 tsp Garlic (minced)
1.5 tsp basil
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Grill the sliced sausage in a deep skillet on medium high heat. Cook for about 2 minutes and then flip the slices. when you flip the slices add the green onions and minced garlic. After about a minute start stirring it around until you can see that both sides of the sausage slices are well browned. Add the canned tomatoes and the rest of the seasonings, and reduce the heat to medium. Stir constantly so the sauce doesn't burn at the bottom of the pan. When bubbles start to show up then turn off the heat and taste the sauce. Add salt and pepper at your discretion. Enjoy. If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask no matter how silly you think they are. Until next time.... cook this recipe?
