Tater Tot Pizza Casserole

alright guys here's the skinny on my latest creation, and you will need a deep fry pan and a 9x13 pan:

2 lb bag of Tater Tots
1/2 lb of uncooked ground sausage
3.5 oz bag of sliced pepperoni, quartered
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 gold bell pepper, diced
1 bundle of green onions, diced
1 26 oz can of huntz mushroom spaghetti sauce
2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 lb of mozzarella cheese
1 tbs of oregano
1 tbs of basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper

Now if the list of ingredients hasn't worn you out then it's time for the easy part of this recipe, which is cooking it! yay! Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Turn your stove on to medium high heat. Do not oil your pan! Adding oil will make this thing slather with fat. Once your pan has heated up put your sausage and your pepperoni into the pan. The beauty of this is that the two meats create just enough oil to make sure that the rest of what you're cooking doesn't stick, while also adding flavor to the dish. After about 2 minutes add the peppers, the onions and all of the spices: oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Let this cook for another 2 minutes and make sure that you are stirring constantly. Add the sauces to the mixture on the stove. Bring it to a boil. Stir about half the cheese into this mixture until its all melted in. Put the tater tots in the 9x13 pan. Pour the mixture over the top of the tots. protip use a measuring cup to scoop the sauce out rather than trying to pour from the fry pan. Takes a bit longer but you don't spill the boiling liquid all over yourself. Once you have it all in the pan mix it around a little bit so that the tots are completely covered with delicious sauce. Put it in the oven for 35 minutes, and in the last 15 minutes put the last of the cheese over the top. Enjoy! This dish so far has an average rating of 9.5/10. It's way good and at the most will cost $15 dollars.

Reality's Scope On Wolrd Hunger

I have a firm belief that there is no realistic way for us to stop world hunger. It's sad and I don't like to be the one to break the bad news to you guys.
I mean the countries that are suffering from hunger the most are the ones that don't even have the water to sustain themselves, which means that they have no way of being able to support livestock or crops. We can't just ask them to move either. They aren't going to move. They have accepted the fact that they are living on borrowed time. If any of us was in that situation we would move but these families don't have the resources to do that and they lack the drive to do so. Their families have been living there for generations and in those cultures it would be disrespectful to leave your ancestors behind.
For me the only thing that's keeping me from being very depressed about the whole topic is the fact that we are making huge strides in being able to use water from the ocean and being able to harness the wind and the sun to produce power. I'm convinced that there will be a time in the future that we can figure out a way to bring third world countries out of starvation, but its going to take time, time that these people don't have and yet time that they are willing to give. These people know that they are going to go hungry and one day die from it. I just hope that I'm alive to witness the day when we can change all of that.
